The numbers behind FION coin: Real Estate, not Fake Estate
Often when it comes to the release of new tokens, there are no real intentions behind the projects, nor a solid basis on which the entire vision is developed. This is not the case with the real estate development intervention behind the FION coin project, a coin that can count on a real value upon which to build its success and that of its community.
The intervention, including structures, buildings and services, will develop on a part of the land owned by Demetra Ico sro, extending 672.100 square meters and, precisely, on two distinct areas of the overall extension of 59.040.24 square meters, called TR.1 ( extended 11,831.41 square meters) and TR.2 (extended 47,208.83 square meters), and identified as homogeneous areas, with a tourist-accommodation and sports / rehabilitation address. In particular, the two areas concerning the intervention are those surrounding the buildings called “Molino” (TR.1) and “The Burgh” (TR.2), about 800 meters away from each other and located along the provincial road, in the section between Stribugliano and Cana. On the area surrounding the “Molino” building (a large building now partially ruined) the reconstruction of the ancient building in its initial consistency is planned, intended to house a prestigious residence, while the construction of a complex is planned on the “Borgo” organized in residential units aggregated to form a typical Tuscan village, which will accommodate: 174 between suites and apartments of various types for a total of 239 beds for a total of approximately 8500 square meters, a reception with guest quarters and services for the staff of 250 m2, a 400 m2 restaurant with kitchen, a 150 m2 bar, shops and shops for 1000 m2, a 250 m2 cellar building and support services for 750 m2.
In addition to these housing constructions, structures dedicated to services, luxury tourism, culture, sport and well-being are added:
• Congress Center consisting of a hall with 550 seats and two rooms with 65 seats each, completed by an office and directional area (the congress center has characteristics and equipment such that it can be used as a sports hall);
• Sports-fitness center and management center of 1,310 square meters (adjacent to the “congress center” building);
• Beauty farm with relaxation and wellness area, the organization and management will be offered and given to Enrì Schenò
• 6 Heated outdoor swimming pools, with pools for motor rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, sauna, services, changing rooms, etc., for a total of 1,490 uncovered square meters. In a decentralized position with respect to the tubs described above, an area has been provided in which a whirlpool tub is located in an appropriate scenographic context. The functioning of the whirlpool tub is independent from the systems of the other tubs and uses autonomous filtration systems provided inside an adjacent technical compartment.
• Indoor swimming pool (dimensions of 25.00 x 16.00 meters) approved for the Olympics;
• Baby club area / Children’s pool;
• 8,500 m2 outdoor parking structure with the possibility of creating an additional 5,000 m2 of underground parking;
• Equestrian center for horse trekking and hippotherapy, with a building for the registered office, changing rooms and stables (greater than or equal to 660 square meters; volume of 3 2,640 cubic meters);
• Archery facility (outdoors);
• Tennis and five-a-side football fields;
• Hunting course (skeet shooting on a rural course);
• Track for cyclocross, mountain bike;
• Golf practice / promotional field, with related services.
All the drawings for the realization of these elements have already been made by the architects of Demetra Ico sro. This is why when we talk about Fiorino (FION), we like to say that it is a project based on REAL ESTATE, not on FAKE Estate!
